REASON FOR NAME:prefix His mother named him Steelkit at birth due to his dark gray pelt, similar to the color of steel.

Appearance
[Size is the one main thing that makes Steelpaw stand out. He is a large cat, about the size of most of the older apprentices already. His body is covered in muscle, helping to make him look bigger. He still has bits of kit fur, giving his age away, but once those disappear he could easily pass for a much older cat. He has large paws, only indicating that he is yet to stop growing.
Steelpaw's pelt is a solid dark gray color on most parts of his body. Nearing his head and paws, however, even darker stripes ripple through his pelt. The tom has very little white on his body, the only patch of it under his chin. His eyes are a yellowish amber color, standing out from the gray of his pelt. His fur is often semi-unkept, for he thinks much is more interesting than his pelt. He doesn't really care if there's a bit of moss or dirt in his fur, figuring that he'll just get more in it if he washes.]
Personality
[Steelpaw is a typical young cat, ambitious, curious, rambunctious, loud, and assertive. He strives to be the best he can be, always working as hard as he can. Oftentimes he can be found out training early in the morning and late at night, working on battle moves or hunting. Hunting is his weak spot and he knows it, mostly due to the fact that it is hard for a cat of his size to stalk silently.
The tom is a curious cat, always investigating new things. This can be good and bad, for it leads to new learnings, however it can also put him in dangerous situations. He is slowly learning not to run straight up to strange things, but if excited he can forget and will put himself in bad situations.
As a kit, Steelpaw was known for leading his siblings on loud and rambunctious adventures. He still hasn't grown out of that nature, although he is finding less and less time to escape camp and play. He loves to play and interact with other cats and cause trouble. Any spare time he has is spent playing, either with the apprentices or kits.
Steelpaw is a natural leader and is quick to assert his leadership. He knows how to speak to cats to convince them to do what he want's although if they don't he can become annoyed and after a while resort to sheer strength.]

[Steelpaw was the first born of four kits from the StoneClan warriors Webstone and Whitesnow. His parents weren't very well known, not being the best of warriors. They had had several litters before Steelpaw's however they had never officially become mates. Instead, they saw it as a duty to their clan, to provide StoneClan with many kits.
Steelpaw had a normal kithood, leading his sisters Snowpaw and Tinpaw on adventures around the territory. His other sister Marblepaw often stayed with their mother, not wanting to go on the adventures Steelpaw came up with. The three kits were put in dangerous situations more than once, but they somehow survived without injuries to become apprentices.]
