What is a bunch of micro-mansions without a golf course? The stretch of land makes up most of the west portion of the land under RoseClan's small lip of park. Small ponds that were once water traps are filled with natural wildlife though few remain without constant care. The sand trap dunes, giving way to the name of the area, are common grounds for RoseClan mentors to teach their apprentices to fight. While the no longer trim and neat putting green makes for open hunting ground where mice, moles, and shrew can be found. Its the second most natural place RoseClan has to offer in its territory but is just as soft and plush as the clan itself.
