Pine Forest

While the nursery is sacred, the Pine Forest is what breathes life into the Clan. Once a Christmas Tree lot, the neat little rows of Fir Trees were mistaken quickly by the unknowing Clan as a similar tree they knew to be Pine when the cats first entered Glennlane. The close growing trees destroy much of the competitions, rarely allowing the neat rows to be broken by actual pine, birch or oak. The rows can be dangerously dizzying and a few cats have gone so far as to lose their way for a day or more, returning to camp exhausting, dehydrated and with dry needles embedded in their fur. Still the earth is soft here and the trees provide cover making it a favorable place for many kinds of lessons.
